Today Mattel announced a new release in its Elite series.

It is a 1:18 replica of the Ferrari F430 Scuderia in Avio Blue (Product Code - HW2468), with yellow disc brakes and silver racing stripes . It is due for release early next year.

Normally, I consider ‘non-red’ Ferraris an act of sacrilege, but I have to admit that this light shade of blue looks really nice. I’m even thinking about getting one myself, and let me tell you, a road car replica in my collection is a rare thing indeed!
