Rossi And Kubica First Wins Arrive

Today we received our latest Minichamps delivery, which had two First Win specials on it!

The first of these is Valentino Rossi’s 1:12 Honda RC211V from the 2002 Suzuka Moto GP (PO21046). It comes complete with a figure and flag, and wet tyres fitted as well. The limited edition is a mere 4,164 pieces! It comes in a very sturdy cardboard box that has the look of an Easter egg box to it!

The other First Win special is Robert Kubica’s 1:43 BMW F1.08 from the 2008 Canadian Grand Prix (DC28404C).

We also received Truescale Miniatures’ latest 1:18 Porsche 935 K3, the Jagermeister liveried car from the 1980 DRM series (TSM09182).

Following the runaway successes of Minichamps’ recent limited edition specials, AUTOart have today announced a couple of their own.

They are both 1:18 replicas of Nissan Skyline GTRs from the 2002 Japanese Super GT Championship. They will each be limited editions of 1,000 pieces worldwide, and come presented in their own display cases with plaques on the bases. They will also come with driver figures as well, and certificates of authenticity too. You certainly get a lot for your money!

They are the #12 Calsonic car, with Kazuyoshi Hoshino driver figure (AA80284), and the #22 Xanavi Nismo car, with Satoshi Motoyama driver figure (AA80285).
