Shelby Collectibles Announces Ford GT40s

It’s been a couple of years since Shelby Collectibles announced some new subjects. Today, the American brand informed us that it will be producing 1:18 replicas of the three Ford GT40s that were campaigned by Shelby-American Inc. in the 1966 Le Mans 24 Hours.
The most desirable announcement is undoubtedly the 1966 Le Mans 24 Hours winning #2 Ford GT40 of Bruce McLaren and Chris Amon (DC408). There is also the #1 Ford GT40 that finished second in that race, with Ken Miles and Denis Hulme at the helm (DC407).
Lastly, there is the #3 Ford GT40 of Dan Gurney and Jerry Grant (DC411). The car was a DNF, retiring after 257 laps.
