More TrueScale News
Today we put TrueScale’s 1:43 announcements up on our website.
One of the highlights was certainly Ayrton Senna’s 1988 Japanese Grand Prix winning McLaren MP4/4 (TSM134323). There were also five variants of the Shelby Daytona Coupé, perhaps the most desirable of which was the #13 Shelby Daytona Coupe that finished second overall, and first in class, in the Daytona 24 Hours in 1965 (TSM134318). Jo Schlesser, Harold Keck and Bob Johnson were the drivers.
McLaren again featured heavily, with the most interesting announcements for the British marque taking the form of the 1993 McLaren F1 XP-3 Experimental Prototype (TSM134327), and the 1993 McLaren F1 XP-4 Experimental Prototype (TSM134328).
There were also several classic road car subjects; our favourite was the gorgeous 1935 Dusenberg SJ Gurney Nutting Speedster (TSM134302), as used by the Maharajah Holkar of Indore.
