Minichamps Schedule and Spark Delivery

Today Minichamps unveiled their first delivery schedule of 2014, which takes us up to the middle of February. Excitingly for Rossi fans, there are three 1:8 helmets and three 1:2 scale helmets on their way.

On the first week of the schedule, beginning 20th January, we will receive the 1:2 Valentino Rossi 2005 Valencia helmet (PO52086), the 1:8 Valentino Rossi 2008 Mugello helmet (PO100876), and the 1:8 Valentino Rossi 2011 Qatar helmet (PO110856).

These will be joined by the 2013 Lotus E21s of Kimi Raikkonen (DC213407) and Romain Grosjean (DC213408) in 1:43 scale.

After that Minichamps will miss a week because of the Nuremberg Toy Fair. Our next consignment from the German brand will, therefore, be on the week beginning 3rd February. Highlights will include the 1:2 Valentino Rossi 2008 helmet (PO82046), the 1:8 Valentino Rossi 2011 Valencia helmet (PO110866) and, perhaps most excitingly, the 1:18 Sebastian Vettel 2013 Red Bull RB9 (DC21301). This replica has now completely sold out to pre-orders, but it does also mean that our 1:18 2013 World Championship Presentation (DC2013) will become available.

The final week, beginning 10th February, will see Minichamps deliver the 1:2 Valentino Rossi 2009 Sepang winter test helmet (PO92086), the 1:18 Ford Focus RS500 Top Gear Edition (PG100800), and the 1:18 2010 Ford Focus RS 1967 Ford GT40 Mk.IV tribute (PG100800).

In other news, we received a small consignment of 1:43 replicas from Spark. Highlights took the form of two classic Mclaren F1 cars: Denny Hulme’s 1968 Italian Grand Prix winning Mclaren M7A (SPK3109), and the McLaren M7A that Dan Gurney raced in the 1968 United States Grand Prix (SPK3097).
