Spark Announces A Ferrari?!

posted in Endurance, Resin |

Today Spark announced seven new 1:43 foreign market specials, with the most interesting, and surprising, subject taking the form of the Ferrari P4/5 Competizione that Nicola Larini, Fabrizio Giovanardi and Manuel Lauck drove in the 2012 Nurburgring 24 Hours (SPKSG110).

We don’t think that, thanks to licencing issues, a Ferrari model has ever been released under the Spark brand name before. Although we suspect the reason they can produce it is because it isn’t an ‘official’ Ferrari.

Spark, as usual, is right up to date, announcing the Porsche 911 Carrera RSR that Nick Tandy, Richard Lietz and Patrick Pilet drove to class victory in the 2014 Daytona 24 Hours (SPKUS006), and the 2014 Dubai 24 Hours winning Porsche 997 GT3 R (SPKSA047).
