Spark’s 1:43 Clark Indy Lotus Sells Out

posted in Rallying, Resin, Formula 1 |

16 new 1:43 Spark replicas landed in our warehouse today.

The most exciting subject, the Lotus 38 that Jim Clark drove to victory at Indianapolis in 1965 (SPA43IN65), has sold out completely to pre-orders. We wouldn’t be surprised if this replica becomes extremely sought after in the years to come.

The Ford Fiesta RS WRC that Bryan Bouffier took to second in Monte Carlo (SPK3793) earlier this year has also sold out. It just goes to show, it’s still well worth getting a pre-order in for Spark’s models.

Another significant Lotus on the delivery was the Lotus 12 that Cliff Allison took to fourth place in the 1958 Belgian Grand Prix (SPK1834). This was Team Lotus’s first ever points finish.

There’s also the gorgeous McLaren M5A BRM that Bruce McLaren drove in the 1967 Canadian Grand Prix (SPK3122), and Denny Hulme’s 1969 Mexican Grand Prix winning McLaren M7A (SPK3120).

We should also mention Northern Irish rallying hero Kris Meeke’s Citroen DS3 WRC from the 2014 Monte Carlo Rally (SPK3788).
