A Bit Of A Catch Up

posted in Road Cars, Diecast, Formula 1 |

I haven’t done the Diary for a couple of days due to our yearly stock take, so today we’re going to have a bit of a catch up.

The main deliveries in the past few days came from Spark, Minichamps and Mattel.

The best of the Spark delivery were the 1:43 Sauber C33s of Adrian Sutil (DC214499K) and Esteban Gutierrez (DC214421K).

There were also two versions of the Williams FW05 classic F1 car, which we don’t think has ever been replicated before: Warwick Brown’s car from the 1976 United States Grand Prix (SPK4047), and the Williams that Masami Kuwashima drove in practice for the 1976 Japanese Grand Prix (SPKSJ020).

From Minichamps, we received 1:43 diecast models of the 2014 Red Bull RB9s driven by Sebastian Vettel (DC214401) and Daniel Ricciardo (DC214403).

Finally, Mattel sent us a very well detailed 1:18 replica of Herbie from the 1968 movie, The Love Bug (HWBCJ94), as well as the 1:43 2013 LaFerrari in yellow (HWBCT84) and the 1:43 Elite replica of Fernando Alonso’s 2013 Chinese Grand Prix winning Ferrari F138 (DC213403B).
