Exciting New Announcements from BBR

posted in Endurance, Road Cars, Resin, Diecast |

Today BBR announced two very exciting new subjects that have never been replicated in the larger scale before.

The first is the Ferrari 250 TR that Olivier Gendebien and Phil Hill drove to victory in the 1958 Le Mans 24 Hours (BBR1808). CMC replicated the 250 TR a few years ago, but strangely never decided to do the famous Le Mans winning car. Now BBR is filling that all important gap on Ferrari collectors’ shelves.

The other is the Ferrari 208 GTB Turbo in red (BBR18103). Again, we can’t believe that this car hasn’t been done in 1:18 before, so well done BBR!

In other news there was a trio of Matrix models announced today, including, most significantly, the 1:43 1950 Austin A135 Princess Mk.2 Vanden Plas in blue (MX42101021).
